This is a stunning, dainty looking solitaire ring with a simple design that looks so elegant. It would make a beautiful engagement ring. It features a central round cut 3mm sparkling diamond, bezel set into a cone of white gold measuring 4mm across. To either side of the diamond are 2 little bands of yellow gold, wrapped over the main, narrow yellow gold band. This measures just 1mm across nearest the diamond but tapers to 2mm at the back of the ring. It has a Birmingham 375 hallmark and there was another stamp but this has almost completely worn away, so that I can’t make it out at all. The ring was bought preowned from a fine jewellers and still has the little sales tag on. That says the diamond is O.10ct but I have no way of proving this. As mentioned, this ring is preloved and there are small signs of wear but only really to the inner band. Looking with the naked eye around the outside of the ring, it’s in great condition. It will come in a black leatherette box.
