This is a pretty, fully London hallmarked 1983 vintage 9ct yellow gold ring featuring 3 round cut rubies (central 3mm, ends 1.5mm) and 2 round brilliant cut 2mm diamonds with split shoulder detailing. These rubies are more of a purple colour than red but I have added a photo of them under uv light showing them glowing red as rubies do, a stone like amethyst would not glow red under uv light. It’s in good preloved condition with small signs of wear when you look closely for them and will come in a black leatherette box.
