My items DO NOT come with guarantees, warranties or certificates of authenticity and I do not know any information about gemstone colour treatments/enhancements unless it specifically says so in the individual listing.
PLEASE NOTE that any gemstone jewellery runs the risk of losing a stone whether it’s a new or preloved piece. I WILL NOT be held responsible for this if it happens. If I see any obvious faults with claws/settings I will say in the description, as I always aim to do but I can’t be held responsible for stones being lost after purchase. If you do somehow receive an item that is not as described or is damaged/not working, then I will provide a full refund, including return postage, upon return of the item, within 30 days of purchase. This does not include any damage caused by yourself to the jewellery after the item has been received.If you change your mind or the item does not fit or for any other reason, I will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the item but you will pay the initial postage and the return postage. The item must be returned in original boxes and in the condition you received it.

I do sometimes add a small charge to cover packaging and transport to the post office but not my Special Delivery items.
