This is a beautiful, classic Clogau piece. The cross pendant measures 4cm long from the top of the bale and 2.3cm wide. The whole of the cross and the Tree of Life pattern look yellow gold to me. If the Tree of Life pattern is rose gold like others I’ve seen, it is a very subtle colour difference. The back of the cross has the Clogau Sheffield hallmark that I believe is dated to 1999. The 19” yellow gold chain is hallmarked for 9ct gold but it is not the original chain, hence the asking price, however, it suits this pendant perfectly and gives a substantial overall gold weight of 6.57g. It is a preloved vintage necklace, so has small signs of age and wear but it’s in good condition and will come in a white Clogau box.
