This is a stunning vintage matching Clogau bracelet, necklace and earrings set. It’s definitely a considered purchase but would be a gorgeous investment set.
£750 - The Lady Guinevere bangle weighs a substantial 11.59g and is fully hallmarked with the Sheffield assay office and a Z date letter. It measures 1.3cm across the front at its widest point and internally measures 5.9cm diameter from left to right and 5.2cm from top to bottom. There is a nice firm hinge and an easy to manage clasp with a safety chain for added security. The majority of the bangle is 9ct yellow gold with the patterning being rose gold. It’s a beautiful piece, in good preloved condition with small signs of wear on closer inspection.
£380 - The Lady Guinevere necklace weights 4.42g and is again fully hallmarked with the Sheffield assay office. The outer triangle of the pendant is 9ct yellow gold and the inner pattern is rose gold. The pendant measures 3.2cm from the top of the bale and 1.3cm wide. The 18” yellow gold chain is original. I have sold quite a few necklaces from this era and they didn’t have the little tags but they all have the same Birmingham hallmark with a CC makers stamp. This lovely necklace is in good preloved condition with small signs of wear on closer inspection.
£380 - The Lady Guinevere drop earrings weigh 4.10g and are fully hallmarked with the Sheffield assay office and a Y date letter. The outer triangle of the earring, the ball stud and the butterfly back is 9ct yellow gold and the inner pattern is rose gold. They measure 3.4cm in length and 1.3cm wide. The butterfly backs are original, the backs from this era were only stamped 375 but were all this design. These earrings are in good preloved condition, there are quite a few surface scratches to the bottom of the back of the earrings that are noticeable with a jewellers loupe but not obvious by eye.
If bought as a set, it will all come in the blue Clogau box shown with the authenticity booklet. If purchased separately, the bangle will come in the box with the certificate and the necklace and earrings will come in white Clogau boxes.
